Shipping Policy
Delivery Coverage
Unshade delivers products across India. We strive to service all pin codes through our logistics partners.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 working hours from the time of order confirmation. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
Shipping Timeframe
Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location and accessibility.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, logistical delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000. For orders below ₹1,000, shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, Cash on Delivery is not available.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not been delivered within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at help@unshadeindia.com. We will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue at the earliest.
Undeliverable Locations
We verify serviceability based on the pin code provided at checkout. In rare cases where a location becomes unserviceable after order placement:
- The order may be cancelled at our discretion.
- A full refund (for prepaid orders) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details, including the correct pin code and contact information.
- Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once placed.
- Each order will be shipped to a single address only.
- Unshade will not be liable for delays or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment may be returned to us. Re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.
Multiple Product Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. Each shipment may have a separate tracking ID, and delivery timelines may vary slightly for each package.
Order Cancellation by Unshade
Unshade reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, payment issues, unserviceable delivery location, or suspected fraudulent transactions. Customers will be notified, and any prepaid amount will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
Limitation of Liability
Unshade shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, or government restrictions.
Return & Refund Policy
Overview
At Unshade, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return and refund process subject to the terms outlined below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in original condition, returned in its original packaging along with all labels, seals, and invoices. Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage not reported at delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been used or opened.
- Items purchased during special sales or promotions (unless damaged or defective).
- Any product not reported within the specified return window.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@unshadeindia.com with the following:
- Your order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear images or videos of the product and packaging
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available, or request you to ship the product to a designated address. Unshade reserves the right to approve or reject return requests after evaluating the provided information.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our team. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken to reflect may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
Replacement Policy
In cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Unshade will bear the return shipping cost. For all other approved returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Failed Delivery & Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct applicable shipping charges before processing any refund, or require additional shipping fees for re-dispatch.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as they are processed quickly for dispatch.
